Scope

• Overall Project Management on behalf of client through Mechanical Completion to Start-up

• Provide project specialists – completion engineers and all discipline leads

• Provision and management of e-PM as the pre-commissioning and commissioning tool

Background

With any new technology the speed to market is essential for making a return on investment and Remora recognised the importance of efficient close-out of this project in particular

Challenges

• To provide high quality specialist staff

• To provide an efficient control mechanism, flexible enough to deal with a nonstandard project

• To ensure that all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities were completed efficiently, within a tight schedule
